Working Conditions and Wages

Suppliers shall pay their employees fair wages that meet or exceed legal minimum requirements, ensuring that wages are paid on time and in full, and that deductions are made in accordance with applicable laws.
Child Labor
Suppliers must not employ individuals who are below the legal minimum working age defined by local laws or applicable international standards. They must verify the age of their employees and maintain appropriate documentation.
Forced Labor and Human Trafficking
Suppliers shall not use any form of forced labor, including debt bondage, involuntary servitude, or the retention of identity documents. All employment must be voluntary, and employees must have the freedom to terminate their employment with reasonable notice.
Health and Safety

Monitoring and Compliance
Securetex reserves the right to monitor supplier compliance with this code of conduct. Suppliers may be subject to audits or assessments to evaluate their adherence to the code. Suppliers are expected to cooperate fully with any such assessments and provide accurate and timely information as requested.
Reporting and Non-Retaliation
Suppliers must establish mechanisms for their employees to report any concerns or violations of this code of conduct, without fear of retaliation. Reports should be treated confidentially, and appropriate actions should be taken to address and remediate reported issues.
Continuous Improvement
Suppliers are encouraged to continuously improve their social, environmental, and ethical performance. Compliance and Consequences
